01Welcome
Maria’s Adobe is a newly built, 64 m² apartment on the garden level of a two-storey house in Kifisia, on a quiet pedestrian street where no cars pass. Elegant, minimal and thoughtfully equipped, it was made for two: for couples looking for comfort, rest and moments of tranquility.
Glass doors fold open onto a covered patio with its own dining and lounge space, framed by planters and warm evening light. And when the city calls, central Athens is a direct train ride away.
02The Property
Living
An open-plan living room and kitchen, bright by day and softly lit at night, easy on the eyes. Folding glass doors open the whole room onto the patio. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home.
Sleeping
A double bed with a luxury mattress and Candia Voyager pillows in natural memory foam, a wardrobe with plenty of storage and a writing desk for work trips. Glass doors lead straight out to the patio.
Outdoors
The covered patio is yours: a dining table, built-in benches with deep green cushions and planters of ferns and flowers, warmly lit in the evening. Around it, the garden of the house, with its lawn, trees and fountains, is shared with the residents of the house.

Morning
A Nespresso at the patio table while the garden wakes up. The street outside is for pedestrians only, so mornings begin quietly.
Afternoon
Back from a walk under the trees of Kifisia, lunch at home. In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meal, with the same ease as at home.
Evening
Evening finds you on the patio, with the garden lights on. Dinner outside at your own table, or a short walk to a restaurant nearby.
Night
No traffic and no noise, just the calm of a pedestrian street. A luxury mattress and memory foam pillows do the rest.
05Location
Maria’s Adobe sits on a quiet pedestrian street in Kifisia, in the green north of Athens, a few steps from the neighbourhood’s main streets. With no cars passing, it stays remarkably quiet. A large supermarket is within walking distance, the tree-lined streets of Kato Kifisia are made for long walks, and Mount Parnitha is an easy drive away.
